The Wellings Real Estate Income Fund

We anticipate that this Fund will invest with best-in-class operators in self-storage facilities, manufactured housing communities (mobile home parks), light industrial, RV parks, and potentially other real estate asset types.

As of 3/31/2024, the Fund has invested both preferred equity and common equity with twelve different operators, seven asset types, and owns an interest in over 7,000 units.
