This diversified Fund invests with proven operators in self-storage facilities, manufactured housing communities (mobile home parks), light industrial, RV parks, and other commercial real estate asset types.
As of 6/30/2024, the Fund has invested both preferred equity and common equity with thirteen different operators, seven asset types, and owns an interest in over 8,800 units/lots.
